If you love animals, this is the place for you. Our indoor paradise is home to over 97 animals across around 70 different species.

All of our animals have been rescued or rehomed and are ex-pets. We do not keep wild animals — that is why we can offer a wide range of handling experiences. They have grown up with people, and love companionship as much as we do.

Come to love, respect and appreciate these wondrous creatures — and truly get to know them.

How a visit works

We are a chill-out, not a wear-you-out. Take your time.

Look aroundWander the enclosures, take a seat, and watch the animals at their own pace.
Ask anythingOur team loves talking about the animals — no question is too small.
Meet themWant a handling experience? Book it at reception and we do it there and then — subject to each animal's health and mood.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday · 10:00–17:00 (last entry 16:00). Extra days in school holidays.

Looking for something different? We host unique parties for all ages, including a one-hour handling experience where you can meet and hold up to 10 different species — furries, reptiles, exotics, mini-beasts and more.
